The brief
To assist with the formation of a communications campaign that would improve internal and external communications and encourage public support for the proposed second runway.
Our approach
Trebuchet worked closely with BAA to put together a strategic marketing and communications campaign that would assist the airport in its wish to develop relationships, and communicate effectively and regularly with its employees, local residents, and passengers.

Through analysing the hectic environment in which it operates in, along with its diverse range of stakeholders, Trebuchet was able to provide the airport with some food for thought, and a comprehensive communications campaign, that once implemented, would reach its wished-for targets.
